Dudley Condominium Association

 

Dudley is a condominium association for those 55+ years of age as defined in the "Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995."  Our community is located on 45 acres in Palm Beach County, Florida allowing easy access to beaches, entertainment, shopping, sports, and many other enjoyable activities.

 

The association consists of 478 units in 56 one-story buildings divided among seven Villas.  Each Villa contains a variety of unit sizes, such as one bedroom, one bath; one bedroom, one-and-one-half bath; two bedrooms, one bath; and two bedrooms, two baths.  All units have a Breezeline Optical fiber connection to the rooter for television and internet.  Satellite dishes are allowed.

 

Many of our owners are those fleeing harsh winter conditions (affectionately known as "snowbirds").

 

Dudley provides a variety of on-site amenities:  swimming pool; sauna; shuffleboard, petanque, and horseshoe courts; billiard, exercise, card, and meeting rooms; and a lending library.  Dudley also presents several entertainment programs in the auditorium throughout the year.

 

The Palm Beach County area offers nine hospitals with 24-hour emergency care, an international airport and Amtrak rail service, local public transit, a commuter rail system with 18 stations serving the Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami-Dade areas.  There are six colleges and universities located within Palm Beach County as well as numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, and performance venues.
