DUDLEY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is an adult community as defined in the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1988. At least one occupant per unit must be fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No permanent member of a family under eighteen (18) years of age shall reside in any unit in this condominium except a guest of any age may be permitted to visit for up to 30 days in a calendar year.

You also own an individual share of our common elements such as: Swimming Pool, Auditorium, Sauna, Exercise Room, Workshop, Billiard Room, Library, Clubhouse Rooms, Card Room, Petanque Court, and Shuffleboard Courts. You are also guaranteed one parking spot which is properly marked for your unit. Guest parking is on a first come, first serve basis

The Master Board covers the outside of the unit. You are responsible for the inside of your unit including everything that is attached to it. In addition, private Appliance Insurance is available that covers: Air Conditioning, Water Heater, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal and Electric Range repairs.
